THE ONE THING TO KNOW Our authorised staff can read chat messages sent in the App — only for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and to enforce our Terms. Every access is logged. We never sell your messages. SHARING & CROSS-BORDER We don't sell your information. We use trusted providers to host data, send notifications, send emails, and process payments — some may store data outside South Africa, protected to POPIA standards.
